Pan Turkism movement was started by Turks living in Russia (mostly in Serbia) who wanted to unite alll the turkic countries into one. However, this movement gave to a rise to Ultra nationalist grey wolves Terrorist group. This group carried out a lot of horrible things against the civilized world. for example, they tried to kill the Pope which they failed.

Currently the Grey wolves Terrorism is focusing on Azerbaijan in order to humiliate Armenia and gain more power. They are very powerful in Azerbaijan and some of the politicians in Azerbaijan obey their wishes (such as the president) as 2 year old babies.
